Cholesterol: Balancing the Numbers

During these two 2 1/2-hour sessions, a KCH Community Wellness Educator and a KCH Registered Dietitian will present the tools one needs to positively impact cholesterol levels. The cost for the class is $15 per person, $25 per couple. The fee includes: AHA Cookbook, Cholesterol Tracker, Fast Food Guide and more. To register for this class, call 815.748.8962. The class takes place at the Kishwaukee Community Hospital Roberts Conference Center on Thursday, Oct. 9 and 16, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. or Tuesday, Nov. 3 and 10, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
