The Auxiliary Gift Shop was established in 1975 with the goal of providing unique gift items that meet the needs of our patients, hospital staff and community. All proceeds from Green Leaf are donated to the hospital for patient care and hospital programs.
Phone orders for delivery to patients are welcome by calling (815) 756-1521 x153375 during gift shop hours. Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Visa are accepted for payment for phone orders.

- Green Leaf Gift Shop Gift Certificates and Massage Gift Certificates ($30/half hour; $50/hour)
Gift Shop Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday 10-2 p.m. (if volunteer is available)
