Conversations For Living:
A Guide of Resources To Help You Plan For Life's Decisions And Changes.
Whether you are 18 or 80, you can never be sure what tomorrow will bring. While death is a difficult topic, there are conversations and actions that may greatly affect the life you live and the decisions that others may make regarding you or your estate. It is important that you talk with your family, doctor, religious advisor and other trusted individuals about your thoughts on end of life medical care. Just as important is where you keep important documents, assets and other personal property. No one wants to be a burden. No matter what age you are, planning for the future can help assure that loved ones have the information and tools they need whenever the time comes.
