relay for life survivor dinner
May 3, 2011All cancer survivors and their caregivers are invited to the annual Relay For Life Survivor Dinner on June 17, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The dinner is held at Sycamore Park near the Good Tymes Shelter, with a rain location at Kishwaukee Community Hospital’s Roberts Conference Center.
Attendees will enjoy the company of other cancer survivors and caregivers while celebrating life! Gavin Wilson will be the entertainment for the event, with “Magic, Music, and Musing.” The dinner is sponsored by Doug and Lynn Roberts, DeKalb Clinic, and local oncologists Dr. Sabet Siddiqui, Dr. Amit Bhate, Dr. Ishaqe Memon and Dr. Bharati Bhate.
Attendees must RSVP by June 15 to Deb Bemis at 815-758-4059 or dbemis@kishhospital.org. Each survivor is offered two complimentary dinner guest tickets; additional guests are welcome at the cost of $5 each.
