A registered dietitian (RD) is a food and nutrition expert who has a degree in nutrition and dietetics, has passed a registration examination, and has extensive training in disease management and health. An RD can help you improve your habits based on your lifestyle and preferences.

Nutrition counseling is available for:

Some insurance companies will cover specific medical conditions for nutrition counseling. Hours are flexible including days, evenings, and some Saturdays.
