To meet Department of Transportation requirements, employees must be tested for five drugs: marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, PCP, and opiates. This is referred to as a five-panel drug screen.
Companies that do not have to comply with DOT rules may test for other drugs. The most common drugs tested for are: amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepine, cocaine, propoxyphene, methadone, methaqualone, opiates, phencyclidine, and marijuana. This is referred to as a ten-panel drug screen.

Test results
- Results from a breath alcohol test are printed at the time of the test.
- Results of lab based tests are usually available within 24 to 48 hours.
- Rapid test results are available within minutes.
- KishHealth System uses a NIDA Certified Laboratory. Tests are reviewed by a MRO for integrity, authenticity, false negatives, and false positives as well as interpretation of lab results, including verification of lab positives.

Monday - Thursday, 7 am to 6 pm, Friday 7 4:30 pm
Alcohol & drug testing is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet DOT and non-DOT random, post accident and reasonable suspicion/ for cause testing needs. After hours, employees are sent to the KCH Emergency Department and on-call staff will be paged immediately.
No additional charge for on call drug testing until 10 pm weekdays and 9-6 on weekends for our client companies.
